A big part of any FunFly is not just what happens during "normal business hours" but what happens after the FunFly, so to speak. Things just happen way into the wee-hours of the mornings. So needless to say having a place to crash thats relatively close-by is an added bonus. Luckily, with such close proximity to Fredericksburg we have many hotels to choose from.
Camping
For those of you with wanting to be right in the middle of the action we have onsite camping. Since so many people like to camp at these events, we carefully selected a site that would allow for maximum evening entertainment and also allow for onsite lodging... otherwise known as camping.
The flying site is located in the middle of a 300 acre farm and by the time our event takes place, we will have oodles of camping space, for RV's, Travel Trailers or even traditional camping. While we don't have RV hookups, we encourage you to bring your generators for the evening hours. However, we will have onsite potable water for your storage tanks. Oh and there's even an KOA less than a mile from the flying site for dumping.
